How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Processing times for in-stock kitchenware and home decor items are usually 24-48 hours.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like bedding or used cookware cannot be returned.
Are your kitchen products covered by a warranty?
Many of our premium brands include manufacturer warranties. MyToque also provides a 90-day guarantee against any craftsmanship defects on all curated home collections.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your MyToque account dashboard.
